Notarized Signatures
$8 for each 1st Document Notarized Signature(s) and $4 for each signature on each additional copy of the same record.

Things to know:
- Documents must be complete
- Know the type of notarization you need- Ex. (Acknowledgement, Jurat, etc.)
- Present acceptable identification Ex.(Gov't picture ID)
- Name on your ID must match the name on your document
- All signers must be present for the Notarization

- Pick up of your prepared permit application- Notary service included if needed
- Submit the application to the appropriate permitting office and provide the tracking once received
- Pick up the approved permit from municipality when ready
- Deliver back to you at the jobsite or your office
